We've had almost no requests for refunds and believe
we offer a unique and excellent product that is even being improved on)
REMOTE VIEWING IS A SERIOUS DISCIPLINE THAT REQUIRES YOUR ATTENTION,
TIME AND COMMITMENT.
THE MAIN THING WE ASK BEFORE GIVING A REFUND IS THAT YOU GIVE THE
PROGRAM AN HONEST TRY BY VIEWING AT LEAST 10 TARGETS AND THAT YOU ASK FOR
GUIDANCE BY PHONE IF NEEDED.
WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU PERSONALLY IF YOU ENCOUNTER ANY DIFFICULTIES.
A full refund will gladly be given:
After at least 10 targets have been viewed by you,
using guided session tape (Tape 7) and higher. (These sessions have you
filling out a remote viewing template for the session)
and you have discussed with us (by
phone; You can call collect) any difficulties you
may be having.
- We ask that you fax, send or email several pages of your work,
from several of the sessions you have done. This will allow us to
see what you've done and identify the difficulty. It will also help us
improve our product, and prevent any future potential problems,
Guarantee also expires two months after the date of
mailing of the program to you.
OTHER DETAILS:
(PS: Just running low on money, or not having the time
is not an acceptable
reason for a refund, unless there are extenuating circumstances.)
If by chance, we are late in shipment due to a secretarial
mix up (this has happened only twice), then we will have three days ship
to you after your inquiry. If we are not able to ship to you in that time,
then only then will you be eligible for any refund for late shipping.
Keep in mind that when you order over the internet,
it is an automated service, which immediately charges your credit card
account,
which is before our product is delivered a few days later.
Please allow 4-6 weeks, after return of the
program, for the refund, but we'll most likely get it to you sooner!
Unless other arrangements are made, we ask that the
Program be shipped back to us before the the refund is given.
(Outside the US and Canada, only the tapes need to be returned) The Return
postage is paid by the customer unless other arrangements are made.
Charges to not apply to return of any product that was
shipped defective. Let us know and we will immediately ship you a replacement.
(Keep in mind the current sound quality on the tapes are adequate but not
perfect. A new version of the tapes is coming out soon and we will replace
any current tapes at cost. Please don't let that stop you from ordering
the current tapes, which are quite functional)
We really don't make huge profits on our product, so thanks for your
cooperation. This policy helps us run an honest
business a little more smoothly and clarifies any potential misunderstandings.
Also, while we're doing
the "Randi Challenge", which takes considerable time and resources,
our cash flow has slowed down.
